Download and install the KENTEN app on Google Play Store or Apple's App Store. Allow all requested permissions. Launch the app and place your orders.

Note: All permissions are needed for the system to function

  • Select an Item from the tabs : The various tabs have a list of items under. Click on an item to select. If the item of your choice is not in the list of items use the "Any Other" icon
  • Enter Amount : Enter the amout of a given item you wish to buy. With Kenten, you give the exact amount of what you want to purchase and we do that for you
  • Enter Extra Information :Enter any extra information you would like us to consider when serving you. This can include time you wish to have your deliver served
  • Click to Add to Cart :Click on your enter Key or the "Add to Cart" button to add your item to the cart. You will see your item on the left side of your screen
  • Repeat Untill You Are Done
  • Submit Your Order :Click on the "Finish" button to submit your list
  • Cost of Items :You will see the total cost of your order at the upper part of the screen
  • Payment :Cancel the payment prompt that appears. Payment is on delivery

The Kenten® app at the time of placing an order sends your location to our servers. It is with these cordinates that our dispatchers are able to trace your exact location.

Please note only your location at the point of placing an order is known, thus if you relocate after placing an order, the dispatch can only track you to the place where you were at the time of placing the order .

Kenten gives you the grand total of the cost of getting your items to your doorstep. This consist of.

Cost of Items which is the actual cost of all Items you requested for

Transport Charges which is the shipping cost. This is computed automatically based on your proximity from our outlet closest to you

Service Charge which is GHS 3.00 for all goods below GHS 100 or 3% of all goods above GHS 100

Orders with Kenten are such that you enter exactly what you would have personally bought from the market. Kenten does not add or subtract anything from what you ask for. Kenten thus can guarantee you that if you were to go to the market to purchase yourself, there is no chance you will get your items at that affordable price and quality anywhere in a given outlet.

Prices of goods and items of the outlet closest to you are displayed on the app to aid and inform your decision when placing an order
